Team Organiser (Administrator) - French Speaking
The Geotechnical Sub Alliance (GSA) is at the forefront of the Sizewell C nuclear power station development - one of the UK’s largest and most exciting infrastructure programmes.
We’re responsible for preparing the foundations of the entire site: designing and constructing cut‑off walls, retaining structures, soil improvements and more. Using advanced geotechnical engineering and world‑class construction technologies, this is a rare opportunity to contribute to a national project that will shape the UK’s clean‑energy future.
The Role
The Team Organiser sits within the HR team and provides essential administrative and coordination support to the wider project, helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of both office and site activities. Acting as a central point of organisation, the role supports logistics, maintains accurate project records, and enables the wider team to operate effectively. There will also be opportunities to support the HR team on an ad-hoc basis as required.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating visitors to site and office locations, ensuring a professional and seamless experience
Managing meeting rooms, site access requirements, and general team logistics
Arranging and overseeing accommodation and hotel bookings in line with project needs and budgets
Building relationships with local property providers and supporting accommodation planning
Supporting overseas employees with relocation and initial settlement in the UK
Maintaining and updating organograms to reflect the current project structure
Producing reports and supporting data tracking and administrative processes
Preparing and distributing documentation to support team activities
Managing and issuing PPE for site teams where required
Providing general administrative support across a fast-paced project environment, including occasional support to the HR team
What We’re Looking For
Fluent French language skills (essential)
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a project or construction environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships
Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure
